Shipping is calculated automatically by weight and will appear in your shopping cart upon check out. If you live in rural Australia, please contact us directly for a shipping quote prior to making a purchase online.
Delivery dates will be based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We aim to process and dispatch on-stock items within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, most items will arrive at your door within 1 to 5 business days, subject to our courier provider's time frames. Please note that delivery does not include unboxing, assembly or moving furniture around your house.
Please note that delivery time frames are different and will take longer for products purchased on a Sailing Sale.
We offer a Click-and-Collect option as an alternative to courier delivery. Instead of waiting for your order to be delivered to you, you may opt to pick-up your item, or arrange for your own preferred courier to pick up your item, from our collection station in Moorabbin (Melbourne south eastern suburb postcode 3189). We will notify you once your item is ready and we will arrange a mutually suitable time for you to pick up your item. If you select a pick up option, it will be your responsibility to ensure that a suitable vehicle is available to transport your item, and that you have enough persons with you to safely move the item from our warehouse to your vehicle and to your end destination. We will not be held responsible for damage caused to the item, to yourself, to property or to third persons as a result of your chosen means and method of transport.
Our products come with consumer guarantees at the time of delivery that they are of acceptable quality, match the description, sample or demonstration model, fit for their intended purpose, come with full title and ownership, and have no money owed on it. If you find that the product you have purchased does not match one or more of the above conditions, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the item. You must cease using the product immediately as soon as a defect or fault is found, and provide evidence of the defect or fault. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed with your claim for a refund, exchange or repair.
We generally do not allow returns based on change of mind, or returns based on error on your part to check product specifications against your requirement.
If you are eligible to receive a refund, you should expect to receive the refund amount within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes the bank and payment gateway providers to process our refund request.
Sailing Sale products are not yet officially in stock, and are still in voyage from the factory overseas to our warehouse in Melbourne.
The estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks from the start of sale date is our best estimate of when we would be able to dispatch your order based on average sailing times and inventory management processes. If unforeseen delays occur, we will inform you of the adjusted expected delivery dates. We will not be liable for delays that are not a result of our fault or error.
Products sold on our Sailing Sale may sometimes be advertised using stock photos that show our best simulation of arriving colours or dimensions. Product photos may sometimes vary in colour or appearance depending on screen device settings. By purchasing on our website, you warrant that you are aware of these factors and will not hold us liable for returns due to reasonable variances in the product you have received due to the above mentioned limitations. In order to mitigate circumstances like these, actual fabric samples and wood swatches are available to view by appointment at our Moorabbin warehouse.
